Have you spotted a fault or something wrong with the highway network that requires fixing?
The County Council has Service Centre Advisors who can help with a wide range of questions and can look up what action has been taken with reported faults and enquiries between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday.
This could be potholes, street lights that are not working and broken or missing drain covers.
You can easily report a fault yourself on the council’s website. The best way to do this is to log it on the web portal at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/faultreporting .
There are other ways to contact the Highways service to ask question, and to find out what they do (and also what they don’t!) deal with. You can find all the information on the Lincolnshire County Council’s leaflet here “How To Conact Highways”, which you can find Here.
